Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-3 working days.
All order will be prepare and ship on working days only and no delivery on weekends or Malaysia's holidays.
In some circumstances, shipments may be delay and we will contact you via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Time

The shipping rates will be calculate based on the weight of the shipment in kgs or fractions thereof and may be assessable either on the gross weight of the shipment or the volume/dimensional weight of the shipment - whichever is higher.
Domestic Delivery Lead time is 1-3 working days, depending on where the parcel is being shipped to.
International Delivery Lead time is 2-14 working days, and subject to zone and customs clearance.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Customs, Duties and Taxes

www.myRCstation.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. Buyer responsible for all fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Collection & Delivery

Buyer are responsible to ensure the delivery address enter are correct and able to receive the parcel. Buyers are liable to be surcharged on parcel returned, No refund of postage will be made and postage will occur for resend the parcel.
