Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2β3 working days. Orders are prepared and shipped on working days only β there are no deliveries on weekends or Malaysian public holidays. If a shipment is delayed, we'll contact you by email.
Shipping rates & delivery time
Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of the shipment (in kg or fractions thereof), assessed on either the gross weight or the volumetric/dimensional weight β whichever is higher. Domestic delivery: 1β3 working days, depending on destination. International delivery: 2β14 working days, subject to zone and customs clearance.
Shipment confirmation & tracking
You'll receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking number(s) once your order ships. Tracking becomes active within 24 hours. You can check your shipment status at https://www.tracking.my.
Customs, duties & taxes
RC Station & D3 Arena is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes applied to your order. The buyer is responsible for all fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Collection & delivery
Buyers are responsible for ensuring the delivery address entered is correct and that someone is available to receive the parcel. If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, a re-delivery postage charge will apply, and postage is non-refundable.
