Wholesale Account Requirements

RC Station & D3 Arena is a wholesale-only store. To register as a dealer, your business must meet the requirements below.

Requirements

  • Must be a hobby shop
  • Must operate a physical store
  • Must be registered with SSM (Companies Commission of Malaysia)

Terms & Conditions

  1. Account validity — Accounts are valid for 12 months and must be renewed yearly with updated photos of your shop.
  2. Non-transferable — Account ownership cannot be transferred.
  3. Order submission — Orders must be placed through the website and are processed on the next working day.
  4. Pricing — Prices shown on the website are for reference only. The final price is confirmed when your order is finalized.
  5. Minimum order — The minimum order amount per transaction is MYR 1,000.00.
  6. Returns & warranty — Returns are governed by our Refund Policy. In general, goods are non-returnable, except for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect, which are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.
  7. Our rights — RC Station & D3 Arena (JS Resources Sdn Bhd) reserves the right of final decision on all wholesale accounts, and the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
