Refund policy

We want you to be satisfied with your order. Please read our return and refund terms below.

Returns

You have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be unused and in the same condition you received it, in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at order@myrcstation.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send instructions on where to send your package. Return shipping is at your own cost. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items

Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-returnable items

Certain items cannot be returned, including assembled or custom-ordered kits, sale items, gift cards, and hazardous goods such as batteries. If you're unsure whether your item qualifies, please get in touch.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the eligible item and, once it's accepted, place a new order.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know whether your refund is approved. If approved, the refund is issued to your original payment method. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund.
